In this session, you'll:
✅ Make space for whatever emotions come up (relief, grief, frustration, or others)
✅ Learn to partner with your brain instead of fighting it
✅ Understand your options: evaluation, coaching, lifestyle changes, or something else
✅ Build a clear action plan tailored to what YOU need
✅ Leave with a professional ADHD Discovery Packet ready to use with any provider
This group is intentionally small (10 people max) so everyone feels seen and heard, not lost in the crowd.
You'll meet people at every stage of their ADHD journey, from "I think maybe..." to "I'm pretty sure but I need support." All are welcome. No need to wonder whether you're "ADHD enough" to be here.
